This was the 2nd one I bought, as a gift this time. Easy to assemble and install with stand. So much better is the taste of purified water.

These filters actually do stop limescale! The info for the product states it will reduce limescale but not completely; however I have found that by using this water constantly in my kettle, there is no build up of limescale at all! So, I am very happy for that result but I must also add that the water tastes lovely after being filtered and it makes me happy that I'm not picking up any pathogens or other contaminants.that would affect my health. The water where I live is very heavily chlorinated, which can be smelt when water is drawn but after filtering there is no smell at all, so I know the filters are working.

I have a built in filter tap in my kitchen, but needed a portable water system to take on holiday. I did some research and found these Newton gravity filters. I brought it away on our latest cottage holiday which is supplied with well water and as I am very susceptible to picking up pathogens, didn’t want to experience the same problems I had last year. This system has certainly delivered! The stainless steel construction is very robust and carefully engineered and looks very good sitting on the worktop. I can thoroughly recommend this.

Bought a 6L size to use at home for 3 people and it’s been great. We got a fluoride filter as not happy with the amount of fluoride that’s added to Thames water. I don’t like drinking water or should I say I didn’t as I am happy drinking this filtered water. We used a Brita filter before but water still tasted nasty. Thankyou for easy purchase very pleased.

I’m so happy to have discovered the Newton water filter system for providing me with a way to make me feel more secure about the quality of my tap water. I had always worried about bacteria or mould in my flat’s plumbing system, and I was recently made aware of the level of lead in my water - below the maximum permitted, but not far below. After the water board inspected the pipes leading to my flat, the landlord will not investigate within the property. I have never liked using plastic filter jugs because they always develop moulds on the edges and corners even with proper washing. The quality of the filter cartridges, the stainless steel construction and also the stainless steel tap for dispensing the filtered water give me the assurance that my water is as free of contaminants as possible for my budget. It is well designed and well thought out for ease of use with the sight glass on the tap and the stand included. It’s very satisfying to dispense my water and very easy to fill at night to have the next day’s supply of filtered water ready and waiting. The company’s customer service has also been attentive and excellent.

My first delivery the cartridges were broken but these were soon replaced. Had a few issues to begin with the water not filtering through properly but once I had spoken to Tracey at FF she sent out a replacement part.
I have been more than delighted with both the water filter and the excellent customer service.
I would recommend this to everyone for a heathier, cleaner tasting water.

I have been very impressed with the 8.5 Litre system I purchased. I have used a British Berkefeld system in the past but this system is far superior. The fact that you get a Stainless steel tap and stand as standard and a level sight is great. Our family love the system and get great tasting water daily. Best purchase I have made for sometime and I highly recommend these systems. Placed an order on Monday afternoon and received the item Tuesday morning!
